    Actually, the staff are very friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. The facilities are also neat, clean, and accessible, which made our stay comfortable. The only thing I would like to comment on is the elevator. It seems a bit inconvenient considering how small it is for such a large tower, especially during busy hours when there are many guests and staff using it at the same time. Sometimes, it can be quite a hassle and takes a while to get an elevator. I also noticed that staff and guests often have to share the same elevator, even when some staff are carrying large equipment. If possible, it would be better to have a separate service elevator for staff and heavy equipment to make things more convenient for both the guests and the staff. But overall, we had a great experience. The friendly staff and well-maintained facilities definitely made up for it. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back here again soon! 😊❤️

    Our stay was still great overall, and the air-conditioning worked really well. The staff were also prompt in responding to our requests. However, there were a few things that could be improved. We found a cockroach inside the room, and the shower heater was not functioning properly. We also asked if we could change rooms, but we were told that there were no available rooms, even though we noticed some rooms that appeared to be vacant. The restaurant staff could also be more attentive, as they seemed more focused on talking with each other rather than attending to guests. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the prompt service. Hopefully, these concerns can be addressed to make the experience even better for future guests.
