    EXCELLENT LOCATION, BUT… We stayed at AIXXA Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights while attending to my daughter’s board exam. When I first checked the reviews, I saw that the hotel was generally good, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, for us, it was just okay The hotel itself feels quite outdated and the entrance going to the lobby was messy. The floors and carpets also looked like they needed more cleaning and maintenance. One thing that was inconvenient was that each guest/group is provided only one key card, which is also needed to turn on the electricity inside the room. If someone in your group wants to go out while another person stays in the room, the key card situation becomes a problem. An additional key card costs ₱500 to be refunded upon check-out. Atleast, provide 2 key room per room. Breakfast was okay, but there were also some things that could be improved. We requested to have our breakfast packed so we could eat it later, but they didn't provide spoon and fork. They also gave us 3-in-1 coffee, but no cup. 😅 The staff on the shift we encountered were friendly, although I have to say the morning-shift staff seemed a little less friendly than the others. Hehe. Now, the LOCATION is definitely the hotel's strongest point! ⭐ It is super convenient because it is very near SM North EDSA and there is a bridge directly connected to the hotel. You don't even need to bring an umbrella when it's raining just to get to the mall. 7-Eleven and Savemore are also within easy reach, which is very convenient. Overall:If you are staying in the area for business, an exam, or another short-term purpose and mainly need a convenient place to sleep, you can consider this property. But if you're looking for a cleaner, more modern, and relaxing hotel environment this may not be the best choice for you. For us, the location was excellent, but the overall hotel experience was just average.
