    We were disappointed with our stay because we found a cockroach in our room upon check-in. It was especially concerning since we were traveling with young children. I would like to clarify that I am not blaming the housekeeping attendants. The staff were all kind, accommodating, and respectful throughout our stay. However, I hope the management considers scheduling regular pest control and strengthening their pest prevention measures to ensure the rooms remain clean and comfortable for all guests. Overall, the service from the staff was good, but I believe improving pest control would greatly enhance the guest experience.
