    Overall, we had a great stay at Harold's Hotel. Our favourite part was definitely the rooftop bar—the food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff throughout the hotel were polite, friendly, and always welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. However, one thing that disappointed us was the key card policy. We were only given one key card upon check-in, which became inconvenient when my partner needed to go down to the lobby. I had to leave the room and come along in my pyjamas just so he could get back in. When I asked about getting a second key card, I was told it was only provided upon request. For a 4-star hotel, I don't think guests should have to specifically request a second key card when two people are staying in the room. Providing two key cards as standard would make the guest experience much more convenient!

    The place offers decent cleanliness and good value for the price. However, the location is somewhat inconvenient and both the staff and facilities left much to be desired. For instance, we ordered in their restaurant and it took an hour before they served our order. Take note, we ordered at around 10:00 am which is not peak
