    Our Halloween came early. The stairs look like something out of a horror movie. We have to use the stairs because they don't provide keycard elevator access. You can call them for elevator assistance every time you need to use it, but it’s such a hassle since my sister's room is just one floor down, and it's two floors to the pool. It’s especially burdensome for my senior parents. Our plan to eat out and celebrate my mother's birthday didn't happen anymore. We just got takeout and ate inside instead. I thought it was under new management and had renovated rooms. The gym is too old. Mosquitos everywhere. On top of that, the bathroom was flooding—good thing my father was able to fix it himself because no one came up to provide service. This whole experience is crazy/infuriating.

    The hotel room was clean and spacious; the hotel staff are kind, friendly, and responsive; however some hotel facilities are below my expectations. The basic and complimentary toiletries are missing; no slippers provided; the elevator needs to be staff-assisted to work, you’d have to call everytime you need to move floors. Otherwise, the service is great!

    The rooms were pretty ok naman however the system and process for check in is the way to improve. Plus the elevator policy is quite surprising, you cannot even go out without calling the frontdesk for assistance. however their phones are not working.

    The location of the hotel is good for it is near the church and restaurants. The rooms is spacious. But the services is bad. We were able to check in around 9:20pm after arriving in the hotel past 7:30pm. The tv and water heater kettle is not working. No hot water in the shower. No soap, toothbrush, shampoo, tissue in the CR. It is the worst hotel i have been to. The reason of the receptionist is that they are still in soft opening. But the advertisement in the online booking apps is different. I can’t recommend this hotel. They better improve first their services and amenities.
