I was so disappointed on my last stay here, I went out at 11 am came back almost 10 pm and my room was not cleaned yet even though I left with a clear sign to make up room..In fairness, John at front desk is very helpful, actually upgraded me to a bigger room, but will prefer a clean regular than a bigger room but not cleaned by housekeeping.

Everything is beyond my expectation especially service from staff. All facilities in the room are really great. This hotel is worth your money for sure.
