    Overall good. It is beside the beach only, which is a great point and amenities were good. But the food was basic and overpriced.

    Everything was so good. Staff were very helpful. Food was good. Location of the hotel is awesome with Lakshmanpur beach so near.

    We booked a room for four adults. Paid for extra bed around 1300 put together almost -*** for one night. When we reached there the room we got shocked us. It was proper 2bed room with very limited space to walkaround. The rooms very unclean and staff was so unprofessional. They kept putting blame on agoda and agoda on property. After an hours of call with agoda and argument with property manager both kept putting blame on each other like property manager not resposings to agaoda calls and PM kept saying they have not received any calls. Then after keeping us on hold on phone call, customer care rep said we have to follow procedures so will email PM and once they get response would provide us call back for update. While we were in the property i kept asking PM to respond to emails for which he striaght away denied of recieving any emails from agoda. The blame went on without any resolution from either end. Upon that when we went for dinner leterally they kep us waiting for 15min and all are just there at the reception unbothered to take our orders until we asked them if they want to take or should walk away without food. Staff looked so unpreofession and uninterested in their job everything looked like pain since always they were rude with whatever we asked for. My half day of the trip went in this, spoilt our family time. Trip which was supposed to be memorable turned out to be the worst stay at this resort. Would never recommed this resort to anyone travelling with family of 4.
