    Hotel is located close to one of very famous tourist attraction. However it's away from city center. Well maintained and clean rooms.

    I stayed during 2019 now again revisited in 2026. Same experience property looks even new. Food was amazing and hospital staff corporation’s was very good. Thanks hotel exotica

    Hotel Exotica - costly but substandard hotel(?!) away from main bazar area(1km), quiet place, lonely after 6 pm, poor outlook and premises(thick bush and vegetation around), simple room, one charging point(rather for all purposes), no mosquito repellent, poor main door lock, cemented floor of bathroom without any cabinet, toilet seat without cover, no baathroom tool where you or your loved ones can sit and take bath comfortably, dirty/un-shiny tabs with substandard fittings, room/almirah/bathroom without cloth hooks, poor curtains, poor or no wifi, poor maintenance, blanket without cover like railway kambal(at least they provide you bedsheets), noisy window AC, least & broken furniture, poorly informed staff, smelly water(general purpose).. just name it, everything is substandard, haphazardness and nonsense everywhere, main focus seems only earning and not service, many cancellations even after booking, should not charge more than 1500 bucks wrt mainland towns.. so, overall it doesn't deserve more than one star ⭐ and that too because it's close/opp to Lakshman Beach No.2(Natural stone Bridge)..book wisely before you have exhausted all other options/choices.
