    When I booked Poornima resort, as my son is 20 years old I booked extra bed for him.....when I did check in and saw room....it was so conjusted that there is no space for extra bed there...so the person in charge at hotel told "you email to Agoda and you will get refund of extra bed pay 1500+ Rs. I will support once Agoda or my property PIC check with me". I have photo of the room. There is nothing to say like resort in this hotel even I pay higher cost considering resort else cheap hotels were available with similar facilities. I followed up multiple times with Agoda after sending email....final is negative respond that property is not responding...This is pure cheating from Agoda......if room has no space for extra bed still you allow booking for extra bed and once customer present fact that can't use extra bed there....and by duty and moral should give refund......not given refund. Means is pure cheating from Agoda.

    It is not recommended for families at least . It is not resort and it is basic guest house kind of property and having lack of basic amenities. Agoda charged more than 5 k for this. Not worth it. Pls guys simply avoid it.
