Despite prior requests and confirmations, our room was not ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, this reflected the general service standards throughout our stay. Staff responses were consistently slow, and issues took an unreasonably long time to be addressed. The hotel facilities were poorly maintained. The swimming pool was dirty, a pipe burst left us without water in the washroom for a period, and the geyser provided only lukewarm water with very low pressure. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often not working. The television setup was also problematic. After a system change, there were virtually no English channels available, with only a limited selection of Hindi channels remaining. The food was below average and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. Overall, poor maintenance, weak service standards, and delayed responses significantly impacted our experience. Considerable improvement is needed in both guest service and facility upkeep.

The premium charged by the property is not at par with facilities provided. The so called beach property has no facility at beach. They do not serve any food there. There is no lighting for you to sit. The staff was good and food was also good but very dull vibe in the property. It is a rather small property. Also please donot opt for view rooms as there is no view to be offered to be very frank.
