    We booked dolphin resort for 2 nights in havelock. We felt very disappointed with the hotel looks and cleanliness. They charge like 5 star hotel but looks like 2 star. They charge very high for lunch and dinner. When we asked them about the arrangements for birthday celebration, they said 3000rs will be charged for just decoration. Complete material has to be purchased by the guests. I dont know why they need that much for just decoration. Overall i dont recommend this hotel. There are very good hotels available in havelock with less price. Or spend some 2k to 3k for real 5 star hotels.
