The water pressure is not good, I ended up checking out without taking a bath because there was no water. Also, the lightings are defective. It came to a point when I thought the room is haunted because the lights suddenly just turns on and off by itself. The wifi also is so slow.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was already confusing. The receptionist did not seem to have been informed about my reservation and had to contact different unit owners to confirm whether I had actually booked a room. It seems there is a lack of coordination between the property management/reception and the individual unit owners, which made the arrival experience inconvenient. The overall condition of the property was also disappointing. On the way to the room, I noticed unused mattresses left along the hallways without covers, which immediately made the place feel poorly maintained and unclean. When I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell, particularly coming from the bathroom and spreading into the room. The room did not smell fresh or properly cleaned. Before I had even used the toilet, I noticed a stain on the toilet seat/cover that appeared to have been left by a previous guest. The corners of the bathroom also looked moldy and were visibly not well cleaned. The room itself showed many signs of poor maintenance. The cabinets were already bubbling and deteriorating, some of the lights were not working, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Overall, both the room and the common areas felt quite run-down. For me, accommodation should be somewhere you can feel comfortable, clean, and relaxed, especially after traveling. Unfortunately, this place did not provide that experience. The cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement, as well as better coordination for guest check-ins. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to someone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.
