The room I got was pricey but it was a great value for money as it had two double beds. It was clean and I appreciated the welcome cards from the resident manager. Make sure you have P1,000 cash on hand for the incidental deposit. It was very hassle as this was not advised by Agoda nor the hotel beforehand to bring cash. I am used to placing a temp charge on my credit card. Also, I specifically requested for an early check-out at 5/6am since I had an early morning flight, which the hotel confirmed via email. Upon reaching the front desk to check out, no one was there for 5 minutes. There was also no option to buzz/alert any staff without going back to my room on the 3rd floor. Hopefully, next time, the staff is more aware of requests, especially for guests who are rushing. Also, kindly tell the staff-in-charge during early morning shifts the costs of any incidents (like a broken key card). I had to advise the staff how much to deduct from my incidental deposit upon check-out for my broken key card (cost was previously advised by a separate front desk personnel during the previous night). Overall, my stay was great other than a few mishaps, which can be addressed. Thanks!

We love the accessibility of the hotel to everything. It is near Calea, Bar 21, and a 24/7 Watsons. It is also near Ayala Capitol Central. Plus we love their restaurant where we had our breakfast. The elevator was cool and unique. Will definitely stay here when we are back to Bacolod.

The hotel is awesome. Everything is first class. The thing that puts it over the top is the staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing and super helpful.

Hygiene top notch, bed and sofa comfortable. But staff in resto and housekeeping need more training. Limited food options. In house resto pricey but food is so so.
