Overall, we had a decent stay, with a few things that could be improved. The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We also appreciated having Wi-Fi and Netflix available during our stay.
However, there were a few areas that made our experience less convenient. On the day of check-in, we had difficulty reaching the host. The lobby guard required a Transient Form, which we weren’t aware of beforehand, so we initially weren’t allowed inside the premises. We only learned through the Agoda chat that our names needed to be submitted. Since we had already been communicating weeks before our arrival, it would have been helpful to receive the complete check-in instructions and a follow-up reminder a few days before our stay.
Also, the listing described the unit as a 2-bedroom, which we found a bit misleading. There were enough beds for our group, but we were expecting two separate bedrooms for added privacy.
A few basic amenities could also be improved. There were no tissues, bathroom rugs, or trash bin in the bathroom. Since water tends to spill outside the shower area, having a rug would have made it much easier to keep the bathroom dry. We also noticed that the dining chairs had some food residue and hair when we arrived, so the cleaning could have been more thorough.
That said, we appreciated the convenient location, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and overall functionality of the unit. With better communication before check-in and a little more attention to cleanliness and basic amenities, the stay could be much better. Would still recommend. 🩷

Great location, good value for money, but the 2-bedroom suite was a bit misleading. Came here expecting it was a 2-bedroom unit, but it only has 1 room. It has plenty of beds, but we were really looking for 2-bedroom unit, for privacy.

I just had a problem getting a hold of the property owner in the beginning. After everything was sorted out, it was all good.
