Superb place to stay

Feels like im just home. Perfect location, lots of resto to choose from within the area, plenty of 24/7 fast foods nearby (walking distance), near to hospital, police station, Capitol Lagoon, Malls and even few minutes ride going to Jetty Port. If you feel bored and at legal age you can enter their casino and live bingo session is there too. Suitable for all kinds. Family woth small kids, Family with big kids, couple, solo traveller, for Business stay and for leisure. Buffet has plenty of food options too. Have Cocoon a highly recommended SPA and Massage if you needed one after a long trip or a long day or just purely relaxation. Will surely come and stay again.

First room assigned to me was still being cleaned after i arrived around 3pm then the new room the AC is not operating well as if it runs on fan mode only and i was forced to call front desk to change another room

1. Lets start with check in - booked and paid 2 rooms for 4 people all under my name. I arrived alone first, my 3 companions will be arriving later. Front desk is nice but wont let me check in without the ID of the rest of the guest. She said its the policy, its the first time i heard of this kind of absurd policy. I stayed in richmonde hotel iloilo - wednesday, injap -thursday, zuri iloilo - friday, and lfisher saturday and i had a frustrating check in experience only at lfisher. Eventually she let me get into my room after i expressed my frustration. Cant blame her if thats really is the policy. 2. Rooms - yes i got the economy room which is the cheapest, but cheapest doesnt have to be also the dirtiest. Found cockroaches in both rooms. Toilet is clogged, keycard pass is not working, my friends got locked out for about 30min. Hair and dust is on the floor that i almost wanted to request for a broom. 3. Breakfast -aside from the location, i think this is the only good part staying here. Free breakfast at Ripples is excellent, the staff, waitress were great in customer service. Check in staff also keeps on speaking and responding in tagalog even though i speak hiligaynon. But when they talk to their co staff or to their superior they speak hiligaynon which i find weird.
