    Reception guy on duty is not friendly/rude and did not tell us the floor that we need to go. Luckily a lady cleaner on duty is very helpful. The air-cond inside the room is not cold enough, luckily I have a small fan for my 3 nights staying there. The floor is crooked and the plank cracked (see picture) until a few times hurt our feet by stepping on it. The wall paper is torn (as per picture) The bathroom lock is not working so you cannot closed the door. The toilet is so small until your knee touch the glass door. Imagine if the person is more than 155cm height. There are only 2 lights (centre of the room and centre of the toilet and bathroom). So when everybody are sleeping and you need to go to toilet you need to use your handphone light to find your way. Because toilet switch is next to the door (too far) and by turning it on you will wake up everybody because there is no wall between the beds and the toilet/bathroom. The room that we have is without window. No makeup table and mirror. The only mirror is next to the bathroom. No small fridge to put your food or drinks. No safety box. Basin/sink to wash face and brush teeth and etc. No in-house laundry service. In general the room is clean 👍. The bed are comfortable. They do have hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee making set, television, cupboard to hang your clothes and shoe rack. Since it is next to The Mines Mall, it is easy to find food and etc. The Mall is 👍 There is no self-laundry around so you need to take Grab to search outside the area. Would I stay there for my next trip? 🤔🤔🤔

    The hotel room is really nice and comfortable...The room very clean..They provide some good facilities..Overall nice...Everyone can book rooms from this hotel..The restaurants also near to this hotel..

    Bad experience. A sign showing to the hotel car park elsewhere but you can actually park in front of the lobby by paying the almost same rate. We end up walking from a dark car park to another block before we could reach the lobby. Luckily it wasn't raining. The room, only got a balcony bulb light hanging on top of the bed. No proper bathroom and toilet. Just a glass partition to cover up the space. Overall experience is "Macam tidur dalam bilik atuk."
