Not satisfied. No iron in the room. 1 iron in the corridor per level

Very good hotel for reasonable and affordable price. I wanted a room with a bathtub but wrongly booked the room, asked the receptionist and she upgraded me for free 🙌🏻 hotel is connected to cheras sentral mall which is connected to mrt Taman connought, easy to go anywhere 🙏 breakfast spread surprisingly got plenty of choices and all tastes great 👍🏻

We stayed here from 2/10 to 4/10 with my family in a family room with 2 queen beds. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room floor was very dirty, and the toilet was also dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The shower was located inside the bathtub, so we had to stand in the bathtub just to take a shower, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was also very poor. I understand that the hotel rate is quite affordable, but the overall cleanliness, facilities and service were still far below expectation. Another major issue was the iron. There was no iron provided in the room. Guests had to use a shared ironing area at the corridor. For more than 60 rooms on one floor, there were only around 3–4 irons available. We had to queue for almost 1 hour just to use an iron. The worst experience was the housekeeping service. At around 8am, I requested for our room to be cleaned. I was told that they would prioritise rooms where guests had already checked out. Until around 5pm, nobody came to clean our room. Before going out, we reminded the housekeeping staff again. When we returned to the hotel at around 1am, the room was still not cleaned at all. We called reception and were told that the housekeeping staff had already gone home. Instead of arranging proper assistance, they sent us new bedsheets and expected us to change the bedsheets ourselves at 1am. This was extremely disappointing, especially as we were staying with family. A guest should not have to clean or change the hotel bedsheets themselves because housekeeping failed to attend the room. Overall, the experience was very poor. Even for a budget-friendly hotel, basic cleanliness, housekeeping and reasonable facilities should still be provided. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
