    I suggest to provide hand wash in the toilet. The toothbrush is small and not comfortable. Suggest to provide a more quality toothbrush. The mineral water provided is 200ml only, suggest to provide 500ml so that we don't need to refill or request more. Hence, The things in the room could be improved. Location is good, staff is friendly.

    I've been here multiple times, because of the hotel is located in a strategic location which is near to MRT Tmn Mutiaria, beside that there are nearby facilities such as shopping centre, restaurants and convenient store. nice place to stay

    sy book utk 3 mlm. pg 1st day keluar nk breakfast, kereta sy & semua kereta berdekatan telah ditunda agak jauh dr hotel. sepanjang jln dpn hotel akan ada event utk kaum chinese selama beberapa hari. pihak hotel langsung tak maklum apa2 pd guest hotel. kereta kami di tunda, klau jd apa2 sapa yg nk tanggung? ramai guest complaint, tapi pihak hotel tak ambik peduli. ramai yg terus check out sbb nk parking jauh dr hotel. kami check out tapi bayaran utk 2 mlm tak dipulangkan 😞
