Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan di hotel ini. Biliknya luas, bersih dan sangat selesa untuk seisi keluarga kami yang terdiri daripada 5 orang.
Hotel ini juga menyediakan pelbagai kemudahan yang memudahkan para tetamu. Sarapan pagi percuma disediakan dan. Selain itu, terdapat lif untuk memudahkan pergerakan, serta kemudahan seperti cerek elektrik, seterika dan papan seterika di dalam bilik. Bilik air turut dilengkapi dengan water heater, body shower dan syampu.
Saya juga suka kerana terdapat vending machine yang menawarkan pelbagai pilihan makanan ringan dan minuman. Namun, saya mengalami sedikit masalah apabila satu makanan ringan yang saya beli tidak keluar walaupun pembayaran telah berjaya dibuat.
Persekitaran hotel sangat selamat dan tenang, dekat dengan Aeon Mall / Sunway Velocity..boleh jalan kaki je kesana. Receptionist juga beroperasi 24 jam, menjadikan kami lebih yakin dan selesa sepanjang penginapan.
Cuma saya ingin mencadangkan agar pihak hotel menyemak keadaan pintu tandas di bilik. Pintu tandas tidak dapat ditutup dengan rapat, dan cermin pada pintu tandas juga tidak cukup kabur (frosted), sehingga orang di luar masih boleh melihat ke dalam. Perkara ini boleh menjejaskan privasi tetamu dan diharap pihak hotel dapat menambah baik perkara tersebut demi keselesaan semua.
Secara keseluruhannya, pengalaman menginap di sini sangat memuaskan. Saya pasti akan mempertimbangkan hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang dan recommend kepada keluarga & kawan2.
