    The only good thing location. Amenities zero. Requested iron they said they don’t have it. And it is for 4 star hotel?????

    We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Luce and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The hotel's location is excellent, with many of Rome's main attractions within walking distance. Roma Termini, the main train and bus terminal, is just around the corner, making it incredibly convenient for travelling around the city or taking day trips. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and places to eat nearby, so finding a meal was never a problem. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to Janine at the reception, who was always pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We did experience a power outage during our visit, but the hotel staff responded promptly. They kept us informed, reassured us that they were working on the issue, and were very helpful until everything was resolved. One point that many other reviewers have mentioned is true—the shower cubicle is quite small. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the many positives of the hotel. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the heatwave. Overall, Hotel Luce offers a fantastic location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it.

    The hotel is located in a perfect location, very close to Termini station. Also, the price was very good comparing other hotels in the same area. I would highly recommend!

    Old building and facility, please get rid or update the carpeting. Food was not bad, Service was exceptional especially Jenine from the Phippines. She gave us exceptional advise in where to find more affordable food, where locals eat and do their grocery, as well as better transportation options.
