The property is located outside of Ubud (15 min by taxi), quite area and a very nice garden with a swimming pool, but unfortunately unclear water (not used). The major problem with the property is the bathroom, no hot water, only cold during our stays (4nights). We asked for the shower hot water but nothing happened. Luckily is summer. Execrable bathroom condition, it is hard to imagine (the photos are relevant). The ants and other insects cannot capture in the photo. 5* for the boy staff, very kind and attentive. 1* or less for the communication with the lady staff (maybe the owner). A good training how to communicate with the tourists will be more than recommended for her. The room is nice decorated, ok wardrobe but the bedsheets needs some cleaning. The pillow also should be change because of a heavy smell of humidity. The view from the room over the garden 5*.

Sorry to tell this, i dont recommend.. dirty because the ants everywhere, and make us extremely uncomfortable they need to fix this.. we cant sleep very well cause the ants in the bed and blanket and everytime we have to check it😭 we are not come for bring the spray and clean one by one, i know is cheaps but just because is cheaps not meaning we have to sleep with the ants 🐜 We book for 2 night but we suddenly go the day after and ask for refund but they just say nothing to do with them and ask at the app where we book.. i think they know about this they just scams us.. so for the people’s want to stay here think twice
