We got a room with pool access and I think this is the best room type here. This hotel has furnishing of a 5 star hotel. Very classy and very clean. The towels are super thick and luxurious. Bed is very comfy. The swimming pool is a good size for work out even though it is not a very straight one. The only qualms is that it is a distant from the Ubud Raya, the main shopping street but a grab can easily settle that. The other is that the restaurant is just in front of the front desk lobby and it is very hot with the sun in the morning. It is not a veritable restaurant but the food is nice. We feel very pampered by the nice facility and ever so warm and friendly staff. We used room 102, Near room 103 and 104, there is a school and the children can be noisy. But we don’t mind as the laughter and voices of the children added a nice vibe to the place

First of all none of this was the staff’s fault. They were extremely nice an apologetic. After the bed was found to be infested with ants they did move me to another room. So look at the pictures and beware.
