I was really taken away by the hospitality of the staff of the Resort. That was the highlight of my stay, they were friendly and very welcoming, from the moment I entered till the moment I checked out. The vila itself if spacious, the pool was very nice and the outdoor space is quite huge. Price is not bad, really had a good time. There is only 7 villa on the property, so its very exclusive. only downside is the location, but that makes it more exclusive. overall highly recomended, will def come back here again!

This is perfect place for couples enjoying nature and culture in Ubud. The resort is new and has everything required for great time. Two issues with resort. Minor one is that hot water runs out quite fast. A major issue is with the location or more specifically rides could not find the resort and keep going through unsafe area. One the last day, i saw the poster saying no online ride booking. If it is from the resort, then it is a major sobatage to not allow rides into the resort ( unacceptable and forcing guest to use their "local taxis"). It is the only resort that have too many issues with arranging transport in Bali.

This place was a little bit far from Ubud town and if you (or your driver) are not familiar with the area, the hotel can be difficult to find. It is secluded deep in a secluded place with ppl homes and rice fields around it. First off, when we arrived, our room and amenities were not ready…none of the soap/shampoo bottles were empty. My private swimming pool was in “green” color, which the staff told me not to use because the water was not ready to be used (well duh). For the 3 nights I was there, could not use the “private” (see pix). Then the first night came… and I am not sure why the owner/builder thought it was a good idea to have an open wall bath/toilet room… I know, in the jungle land, when you turn on the lights, all the bugs will come… so, not only were there flying bugs in those two rooms, but there were snails/slugs crawling all over the floor (see pix)… my wife and I didn’t even use those room at night.. So, I complained to the receptionist in the am and was ready to cut my loss and leave, the receptionist said “we have one room available (they only have 8 total, I think) that the bath room is covered”… I went to check it out and if they’d move me there, I’d stay.. so they did. Still couldn’t use the pool at this new room either due to water condition. staff were very nice and helpful but the room condition with open bathrooms walls just didn’t work for me. So, unless you’re ok with bugs crawling on the bathroom floors at night, I would not recommend staying here. Not really sure why this place is getting high reviews… all the previous travelers must love bugs and not able to use their private pools… Also, foods are pretty much at the mercy of the restaurant they have there. Food quality/taste was not what I expected. Included breakfast had some items that I had to pay…yep, so much for “included”. These were my experiences…don’t believe me, try to stay there yourself!!
