Ocean Apartment Beach Da Nang

I keep extending my staying here, lol, staff are so friendly and rooms are clean!

-Property infested with mold -Beds make skin irritated -Highly possible there are bedbugs -Power went out -Employees had poor quality solutions -Fixtures are rusted -Stains on sheets, walls and floors -Drains are often clogged -Rooms have poor clean air circulation -Furniture is stained

As other reviews say, the beds here are super comfortable. The location is great so close to the beach and the staff are very kind and helpful.

Stayed in a four person dorm room here. The pictures are increeeedibly misleading on the size of the room. There is barely floor space to open up one backpack while also standing up yourself. The room’s AC made the entire dorm reek of mold, to the point that at first I thought my mattress had the smell embedded in it somehow. The room is incredibly damp as well, my sheets were literally wet and would make my body damp when I laid in them. The door to the dorm is a sliding door that you cannot lock/don’t get a key to, and anyone can walk into the room whenever. It’s also right on the main floor and when people are awake at night and/or in the morning all of the sound carries into the bedroom and is really loud. The furniture in the outdoor area is disgusting and stained, and the area itself looks onto a trash-ridden street that smells putrid some days if the trash hasn’t been collected in a while. I would not recommend the dorms to anyone. The location of the place is wonderful though, super close walk to the beach.
