    The actual room was little shabby than the photos, so I don’t recommend it for a couple stay. However the location is good and value for money and it might be good for a single or student trip.

    Staff is very helpful, I was quite happy with the level of hospitality here. I also rented motorbike from the owner of the venue, ask him for those options and he'll help you

    The place is good lots of restaurant options, walking distance to the beach. The room is clean, the staff are all kind and helpful.

    We made three separate bookings for three consecutive weeks thinking that if we didn’t like this hotel we could cancel the next two weeks. Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel we were assigned a room with an adjacent wall blocking any view (but not all the light). I was annoyed at being given this room and so the next day we booked the following two weeks at another hotel. The point of this review is to say that this is actually a good place on a quiet and friendly neighbourhood laneway and we should have just asked for a change to a room at the front. Our room was actually very quiet as it turns out, because of the wall blocking any sound from the noisier street at the back of the hotel. And the whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean throughout. The room is big and the bed comfortable. There’s an overhead fan as well as a/c, a couple of tables and chairs and a small couch. There are four very good local eating places in the laneway. But today, due to a fit of pique, we are moving to the rather sad and grungy centre of the tourist zone where it’s noisier and there aren’t any good local joints to eat in. We made a mistake. You live and learn. Sigh…..
