    I get to the hotel early, receptionist says my room is not ready, I told her fine, I will come back later. She told me I can leave my bag at the reception area, so I did. I left thé hotel , went wandering around then I received a message from them saying they canceled my room. I FREAKED. Went straight to the hotel and the new receptionist said they canceled my room because I did not answer their previous message asking me what time I will check in, it’s true I did not respond because I am not glued to my phone, so I didn’t see that message. I had reserved for a city view room. I was not going to leave the hotel until they found a solution. Finally they gave me a room for the first night then switched to another room with a view of a wall. I asked for a rebate but they refused. Very disorganized hotel. If you reserve this hotel, get ready to pray they don’t cancel your room before you arrive.

    I did not have a good stay. The ac turned on but didn’t cool the room at all, I did turn it to cool mode and 16 degrees and it didn’t blow cool air. The bathroom floor it not angled to drain water, so the water will never go down the drain causing wet feet when using the toilet even the next day. With the ac on during the night, in the morning the smell and thick air of mold filled the room, I am not sensitive to mold smell but even to me it was very bad and I had to open the window to sleep.
