    Room service is very poor Home stay/hotel property is good but management is worest. Location map provided by Agoda is wrong. In short don’t waste your hard earned money.

    Rooms were as in shown in picture. Fantastic 180° panoramic view of mountains city and Bhimtal lake. King size balcony and lavish rooms.

    If you want to have a nice view of the lakes this is the place. But if you want comfort and actual basic service, avoid.

    I booked a lake view room after watching the photos posted by the property showing two side open with a tub in bathroom. But upon reaching they gave a one side view room with normal washroom. Upon addressing the issue they told the photos are of Super deluxe room which they have only one and other lake view rooms are like this only which disappointed me as I was thinking of something else. Overall the room are big and clean but the staff is unattentive. I had to ask for towel and wifi after which they provide us. Overall the rooms are fine but they have regularly check the issues of bathroom like clogging, repairing and cleaning glass.
