Biggest mistake to book this SLUM TYPE CHAWL 1. 200 STAIRS to reach at venue. Elderly and kids can't reach 2. Two person - One dirty stinky towel provided which has some local hospital logo. It seems you are using petient towels. 3. Only bed is available in the room. NO CUPBOARD, NO ALMIRAH, NO GLASS, NO PLATE, NO SPOON, NO TELECOM SERVICE. NO MENU NO KITCHEN in Chawl. DIRTY BEDSHEETS, STINKY BLANKETS, NO DRINKING HOT WATER if you feeling to have hot water in cold days. (Rooms are full of spiders) 4. TOILET IS IN PATHETIC CONDITION. Broken toilet seat. No soap, no handwash, cealing of toilet is a big hole spiders are coming out. 5. If need anything to eat or drink you have to travel 200 STAIRS to get down to the market (the journey of these stairs are between dirty smelly slippery path like you are crossing factory area. 6. It is only made for couples who come here to spend only nights NOT FOR TRAVELLING PURPOSE. 7. TWO PAHAADI innocent assistant boys are there what they can provide if owner is not willing to take care of this place. 8. The room worth is not more than rs. 500 but we paid 4000/- per night through Agoda. 9. This list is never ending list (NOT A SAFE PLACE IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY. 10. Requested owner through a call that please provide a water cattle in an emergency for hot water for a family member. That cattle is still not reached 11. They only make money in seasons 12. Location is good you can see lake and other scenario but after taking risk of your life. 13 It is true feedback because we never ever had this kind of ZEEO FACILITY provider HOTEL CUM CHAWL.

The property is at a higher point from the main road and it was very difficult to reach there. The stares are not comfortable. The toilet sheet was broken and flush was not working. There was no regular attandant or reception. Insects were seen creeping on the floor even scorpion too. No water facility. Hence I don't recommend this property to others.
