    We were a group of four friends—two boys and two girls. The girls had booked one room, while the boys had separately booked another room. Since we were all friends traveling together, we wanted to spend the night together, talk, and have some fun. However, when the boys came to our room, the hotel staff informed us that they were not allowed to visit our room and that they would not permit it. We were quite surprised and disappointed by this restriction, especially since both rooms were legitimately booked by members of our group. We completely understand the importance of hotel rules, security, and guest policies, but these restrictions should be clearly communicated at the time of booking or check-in. The staff could have explained the policy politely and professionally rather than simply refusing to allow our friends to visit. Overall, this experience negatively affected our stay. We hope the hotel will improve its communication regarding guest policies and train staff to handle such situations in a more customer-friendly and respectful manner.

    Bad hotel. We selected this hotel vased on reviews and went on a weekday in Sep26 for 2 days where most rooms were empty. Paid 2200Rs for a delux room through online booking . Upon arrival they gave us a room which was not so clean. We shifted to another room. Later we found the overhead geyser was leaking when you use hot water. Means hot water drops directly on your body when you use. We complained again and they shifted to another room where we found that the room has no locks. Means in 2 days we changed room thrice. Very bad front office reception. The manger is specifically very non cooperative and rude. Also found the food is extremely expensive. Means if you take breakfast and lunch here, for a couple it will not be less than 1500Rs. Avoid this hotel completely. Most 5 star reviews are fake and Room cleanings is not good. Also another thing to mention, between rooms there is only plywood based separations means you can listen to persons clearly what they are talking or doing. Means no Privacy at all. Even doors are there behind curtains between 2 rooms. Horrible experience.
