    Dear Agoda Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking at Tripli Hotel. Although my booking was confirmed and I was provided with a room, the actual accommodation was significantly below the standard represented in the listing and photographs displayed at the time of booking. My experience was highly unsatisfactory due to the following issues: - Delayed check-in: The check-in process was delayed, causing unnecessary inconvenience. - Misrepresentation of the room: The room provided was considerably different from the photographs shown in the listing. - Poor hygiene and maintenance: The room had a foul smell, the AC water pipe was open with drainage inside the room, and the washroom was poorly maintained. - Missing basic amenities: No towels were provided, and the room had only a small mirror placed on the table. - Unreasonable room allocation: The room was located on the fourth floor despite there being no lift facility. While the absence of a lift was mentioned during booking, the specific floor allocation was not adequately highlighted. - Unsatisfactory room size: The room was extremely small. Although the balcony was spacious, the presence of monkeys made it unsafe and impractical to use. These shortcomings are unacceptable and raise serious concerns about the accuracy of the property's listing and the standard of accommodation being offered to customers. The positive reviews and photographs influenced my booking decision, but the actual experience was entirely different. Had the listing accurately represented the room's condition, size, amenities, and location within the property, I would have willingly paid a little more to secure suitable accommodation elsewhere. Instead, I was provided with a substandard room that did not meet reasonable expectations. I request that Agoda investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the property if these discrepancies are verified. I also expect a fair resolution, including appropriate compensation or a partial refund, considering the significant difference between the accommodation advertised and the room provided. Please treat this complaint seriously and provide a written response outlining the action taken and the resolution offered. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response. Regards, ***
