    Booked this month's in advance. Requested one large bed. After checking us in and showing us to our room we discovered they had given us two small beds. The room was also very dirty. Hadn't been vacuumed, and sheets were stained with white substance and small amounts of what I'm guessing was dried blood. Called front desk and they said there's nothing they can do, except upgrade room for more money. I reluctantly paid for the upgrade as it was a long trip and I just wanted to enjoy Cebu with my wife instead of looking for another place to stay. The new room was bigger but also dirty. Floor was covered in white flakes and sheets were again stained. Will not be staying here again. They just offered an apology while happily taking my money for the "upgraded" room.
