"Dili Maayo" means "No Good (Thieves)." I stayed at this hotel for one night with bed and breakfast. Upon check-in, we paid a 2,000-peso cash accidental deposit, which was fine. That same day, I also paid another 2,000 pesos in cash for a one-hour massage for two people at their spa. When we checked out, I returned the room key card, and the lady at reception asked us to wait in the lobby while someone checked the room for damages. After a few minutes, she shouted us and said everything was fine, giving us a thumbs up. So we left and headed to the airport. A few days later, I tried to contact them through their Facebook page but was ignored twice. Then, I found an email address on their website and sent a message asking about our deposit since I never signed anything to acknowledge receiving it back. They apologized but then stopped responding. I gave them plenty of time to resolve the issue, but nothing happened, taking your guest money and not returning is basically thief! If you plan to stay at this hotel, pay with a credit card and avoid using cash. Also, their breakfast is terrible! We had to wait for staff to bring eggs and food, and by 9 a.m., there wasn’t much left.
