    Great hotel really enjoyed our stay Watch out water temperature in the bathrooms it comes out boiling water and takes a while to get the balance, it’s been commented in the reviews before and I think management should take it seriously before some one gets burnt. Only other thing in the rooms there’s only decaffe coffee this is not what I expect in 5 star hotel must have both if offering decaffe and normal coffee.

    The place was clean. Everybody was respectful, helpful and accomodating.

    The customer service from front desk is not knowledgeable enough in giving out resolution. Even the promised email was not sent. They dont answer your questions and not answering phone calls. The hotel is nice but the staff in front office is not good.
