It is near the airport and a mall
The AC unit is somehow dysfunctional
The room isn't noise-proof

Missing basic toiletries (shampoo/conditioner and bath gel).
Bathroom mold issues.
I’ve called the property eight times at the number listed on Booking.com with no answer. There is no email address available, so I have no way to reach them for my inquiry.

Location was good.
It was too noisy, you could hear the traffic all night and also other rooms as there was no insulation or what so ever
