    The place was clean. Everybody was respectful, helpful and accomodating.

    Located very close to the internationsl airport in Cebu. Looks very presentable and new. The buffet brrakfast is great and the restaurant has a nice view of the city. The bedrooms are equipped with a small fridge, safe box, Flat screen TV, comfortable bed and clean sheets. Nice shower head with cold/hot water. I noticed that the grout lines marble tiles in the shower area requires to be scrubbed and clean some more to remove soap scums and grimes. Overall very good hotel.

    Needed convenient place to stay nearby Mactan Airport for early morning flight. Arranged in advance for reasonable fee they were able get us a nice size transport van to help our family of 6 and luggage! I wish I had known how nice this hotel was I would’ve stayed few days longer to enjoy all the beautiful amenities. Both Rooms beautiful clean and impressive. Staff professional and courteous and their service is above and beyond! Not the standard Fairfield in US this is sooo much nicer! We highly recommend and would stay here again!

    The customer service from front desk is not knowledgeable enough in giving out resolution. Even the promised email was not sent. They dont answer your questions and not answering phone calls. The hotel is nice but the staff in front office is not good.
