Really appreciate the staff for accommodating us with a cot. We were traveling with an infant and found that it's very helpful the hotel provides you with a cot. Room is clean and spacious. Variety in breakfast buffet would be great to have though.
    8.8 / 10Excellent·Nov 2026
recently stayed at Citadines Cebu for two days and one night. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disappointing, particularly compared to my previous stay in 2022. Before I could properly settle into my room, I noticed that the keycard tap-access system was not functioning. I immediately informed the front desk, and while the staff arranged an alternative room, the overall experience was not as smooth as I had expected. Fortunately, the hotel addressed the situation promptly and provided compensation, which I appreciated. However, beyond this initial inconvenience, I also noticed a difference in the hotel's overall atmosphere compared to my visit in 2022. Back then, the property felt more vibrant, welcoming, and well-maintained. During my recent stay, it seemed to have lost some of that appeal, with certain aspects of the property feeling less polished than I remembered. While I appreciate the staff's prompt response and efforts to make up for the inconvenience, I hope the hotel will continue to improve its facilities and overall guest experience. Given my positive impression of Citadines Cebu during my previous visit, I was hoping for a similar experience this time around.

Well. Service is good. Did not like the breakfast though. Room is also smaller. Beds are smaller as well compared to other hotels.
