I requested a special setup for my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel did an extraordinary job! Everything was beautifully prepared, and we truly appreciated the effort and attention to detail. 🎂💕 The staff were very accommodating, helpful, and kind. They always greeted us warmly and were considerate throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was spacious, cozy, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday extra special! We’re definitely looking forward to coming back. ❤️✨

The room had a funny smell and there were ants crawling up the door on arrival, a roach in the bathroom. We saw ants throughout our stay appearing in the bathroom and on the desk in the bedroom. And our aircon dripped if it was set to low. The facilities however make this place with beautiful ocean views and great pool. The restaurant was also nice. You can also snorkel right off the beach there. Probally wouldnt stay here again but it was nice for the time.

We booked the room a day in advance because we were arriving at around 5:00 AM and specifically wanted to catch up on much-needed sleep. Unfortunately, our rest was repeatedly disrupted by loud noises from hotel staff cleaning rooms, talking loudly in the hallway, and repeatedly slamming or carelessly closing doors. We were initially told the noise was due to an event until 4:00 PM, only to later find out that it was coming from housekeeping. In addition, the hotel phone lines and internal chat were not working properly. As a family of four, despite our booking reflecting four guests, we were initially provided with only two sets of towels, toothbrushes, pillows, and water. After several attempts to contact reception, only one additional set was provided, with another set and water still missing. These issues caused unnecessary inconvenience and significantly affected our first day. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and ensures better service and consideration for guests during the remainder of our stay.
