We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were nervous when we booked and first read the reviews, but everything turned out amazing and we are so glad we stayed with our reservation. The location was perfect! It was right across from the ocean with amazing views! The room was clean and renovated with new furniture. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suites. They staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions and offered local places to visit and eat. The pool was heated and the hotel while old looked like they were doing a great job with the renovations!!

I had booked the place very early without reviewing the comments or do my research as I should. It turn out this is a motel that has a newer section. They had put me in a room on the Motel side that the bathroom door was stucked. I did not realize it until I went for a walk around thinking I had time before showering to a dinner engagement. The receptionist called Maintenance and he was supposed to be coming right away. I ran up to my fourth floor room waited for about ten minutes before running back down but I also called down to reception but no answer beforehand. She called him and he said he was there so I ran up to the room and waited for about five minutes before running back down. The receptionist reluctantly agree to provide me another as I explain to her I had a dinner engagement I need to go. I cannot take a shower while the maintenance person try to fix the bathroom door, I don't know how long he will take or it will be stuck again. There are Wedding event each weekend so you might hear music going to ten PM when it is a dead stop.

Power outages, fluctuating hot and cold water in shower and room was dirty on checking in

The location is absolutely amazing. However, the room is too small for two people. The air conditioner is extremely loud. The toilet is extremely loud as well. The bathroom is tiny. There’s no hair dryer or coffee machine or kettle. Water is extra and $5 each bottle. The towels are ok but not as clean as I expected. Don’t recommend this room.
