    Location is close to the Cove and downtown. Staff are very nice and friendly. Very noisy, though, both due to late night street traffic over the weekend, and corridor late night music and talking. Room was small and not nearly as charming as the old hotel, before the renovation.

    Rooftop Bar/Restaurant is a nice bonus. Valet is reasonable and likely needed w/ the limited street parking in the area. One thing to keep in mind - narrow steep stairs w/ a true elevator. If you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you.

    The location is excellent - that about sums up the experience. The room was on the street, which means that I was treated to every car and passerby that happened by my door. The walls are thin enough that I could hear my next door neighbor clearly at all hours. The room has a "closet" that isn't tall enough to hang a pair of pants. The carpet felt dirty, the walls were stained and dirty, the sink was cracked, and I found several hairs on the shampoo bottle in the shower. If that wasn't enough, housekeeping didn't come on my second day there because - as the front desk put it, "they were understaffed", and only showed up on my third day there at 4:30pm. If you are there to simply lay your head down, the facility is fine, anything beyond that and I'd recommend you steer clear.
