Great location, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, nice hotel restaurant for evening, helpful staff
Small things only: poor internet connection that kept disconnecting, bathroom didn’t have a trash can

Great location, lovely reception staff.
Cracked sink, chipped shower tiles, dusty tables and generally needs refurbishment. Noisy chugging lifts, slightly worrying!

Very nice hotel the front desk were all very friendly. The breakfast was very good just wish it stayed open until 10 AM because I was only able to enjoy the breakfast once and that was on my last day before I checked out
The maid service wasn't very good they only asked me once about needing towels and never came again. Not happy with my final bill they charged me a fee every night for my service dog.

The location was amazing, just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and quickly fixed a minor AC issue in our room, which I really appreciated.
The hallways and breakfast area got very warm, which made it a little uncomfortable at times.

Breakfast was fine- we went out to local restaurants most days
Not exceptional but good

Same thing every morning. It was ok.
Better breakfast selections. More attention to the tables being cleaned off. Orange juice was very watered down.
Parking garage was difficult to get into, my QR code would not scan. the first day. Instructions were hard to understand. (Especially for Sr. citizens!)

Location
-Parking wasn’t free ($25 per day)
-we got alerted about a tax increase 1 hr prior to our check in time. The hotel needs to give people notice at the time of booking or at least 3 days ahead of time!
-only 1 elevator was working 1 of 2 days we stayed
-the front desk guy said we could check in at 3pm and we showed up at 4pm and still had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready and then the lady tried to offer us a single King bed room instead of the double Queen room we booked online. Come to find out she didn’t realize that we booked a double Queen initially until she looked back at her computer after we waited 30 mins and she assumed we book a single king room.

No parking and the breakfast selections and quality. Awful coffee.

The location was the best. The room was big and confortable.
The breakfast was not so good. If it is cheaper you can book without it.

Slept great! Comfortable bed, quiet and well maintained, available washer and dryer, valet parking.
Breakfast was pretty bad. Never thought a hotel at this price point would use reconstituted eggs. Luckily, they were hard, boiled eggs, and oatmeal. And great restaurants nearby..

piano bar in lobby is quite good
the breakfast needs work, really did not want to eat anything.

The location, close to the beach, is perfect for a relaxing evening after a whole day at work. The hotel is located at a walking distance to restaurants, and supermarkets, which is practical.
They gave me a quiet room.
The staff is globally nice and helpful, except the lady at the breakfast, who stands in front of the door, without a smile.
The room is very old, with an old brown carpet on the floor. It gives the impression that this is dirty. That's really not hygienic. Some renovation is definitely neeed.
The breakfast is not appetizing at all, and there is no variety. If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, you almost have no option. There are no vegetables and poor fruit options. It was impossible to have a yogurt that is not low fat, meaning that does not have millions of preservatives or additives. The breakfast room was cold and depressing. It might be nice in the summer, but definitely not in March!
EVERYTHING is disposable: plates, cups, cutlery! it is inconceivable that in 2025 a hotel continues to use disposable items and to produce so much trash.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet room on top floor
Letting me know, up front, that parking on street was fine, and where to park. They could consider having shuttle from hotel, and could charge $10. I had to pay $60 for taxi

The staff was the best part. So helpful and nice

Reasonable rate. Rooms were decent and clean, yet a bit worn. Valets and front desk staff were friendly.
Wear and tear apparent in the bathroom. Musty smell in the lobby. Many front desk staff seemed inexperienced & casual - didnt go over basic amenities or offer guide recommendations. No other amenities offered at hotel. Door to bathroom was like a closet door & lacked privacy as you could hear everything.

Location, pets allowed
Had to pay for self park. Pet fee was charged by the day. $30 first 3 days, $10 thereafter. Stay was 4 nights so fee was higher than I usually pay, which is usually a flat fee. Smells from restaurant came up to 2nd floor room. View from room was of next building- not so nice
