Great location, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, nice hotel restaurant for evening, helpful staff
Small things only: poor internet connection that kept disconnecting, bathroom didn’t have a trash can

Great location, lovely reception staff.
Cracked sink, chipped shower tiles, dusty tables and generally needs refurbishment. Noisy chugging lifts, slightly worrying!
