I think that the hotel should of thought the placement of putting family with all the spring breaker, I get that we signed a agreement but they still should of put family where it was quit and not where you can hear people next door fighting and punching the walls and the loud music . With a person that was staying close to the music and had Afib the base of the music shook the hotel room. Not and enjoyable week

Late check in 4:30 rooms were not ready. , customer service rude, thin walls , music at swimming pool annoying same all day . Pool needed cleaning
