The jacuzzi and early checkin.
For one, there wasn't a coffee pot in the room nor was there any coffee in the front office. Somehow, we missed the notice of NO COFFEE. Also, the iron was busted and when I tried to use it, the outlet in the bathroom did not function. The ironing board was present however, it was the bare metal frame, no cover or pad. Since we (me and my friend) arrived at different times from different locations, we had to pay an extra $25 for parking. The ice machine was broken and/or out of service. Many of the air-conditioning covers are broken and in need of repair. There was cement on the side of the tub from the flooring installation many years ago that has not been scraped off the tub. There is no mirror except in the bathroom and the walls are in need of painting after repairs.
