    Little black ants all over the place, no shower curtain, and then we asked for one and it took over an hour to get one, following day we left at9am to explore spi and we asked for our room to be cleaned and new towels, came back at 6pm to the room still the way we left it and no new towels, then we went down and asked for towels again and we finally got them 20 minutes later, the day of check out at 11am we had the front desk give our room to someone while we wer still asleep inside and he woke us up at 9am, then at 10am they once again tried to enter the room while we wer getting changed and getting ready to leave,hallways upstairs are hot, elevator is hot, I wouldn’t recommend staying here or coming back here ever

    We are still waiting as I write this review and no accommodation, no ince time for the wait of our rooms nit being ready at 3PM it is 6:08PM and we're told to wait still

    Good location. Old building. Beds are clean. Chair is sinking. A/C in our room is good but is weak in the hallway. Our room door is hard to open and close because it scratches the floor. There are no cups in the room for coffee or brushing teeth. The phone in our room is not working so I had to go down to the front desk to ask for cups (got 2 plastic ones) No breakfast.
