I have stayed at this hotel over 100 times in the last 3 years, and I don't recall a bad experience or anything of that nature. if I recall a bad situation was a mix up in my reservation but besides that the rooms are very big very spacious,
every room that I have stayed in have been up to standard. I can't speak for everyone else but for me this is where I'm comfortable McDonalds and Dennys are next door walking distance the swimming pool is heated plenty of parking space and so on, price is very reasonable for what I'm getting and I'm happy with that.

No breakfast....only coffee was provided....but a McDonalds was on one side and Dennys on the other....
Upgrades to the exterior would have helped the buildings attractiveness but it did not affect the stay...

Location
Lobby windows dirty made pool and hot area look dingy. Patio area dirty. Pool side walls looked dirty. Could use update on furniture.

Staff and accommodations where top notch and very comfortable.
Tow truck driver towing guests cars when they had a parking pass on their car. Tow guy is somehow working with the local businesses and will tow your car at the whim of anything they deem as a violation. This one tow guy, accross from CVS is all over the island towing cars..300-600 dollars an tow..and he stays busy. Wont work with people either..corrupt dirty guy and terrible aspect of the trip. There was also one night the entire islands power was shut off..I was working from my room and had to incur another cost of hotel/uber to check in to another hotel off the island to work that night…was a stressful trip. Will not ever be back to the island..there are better less stressful options.
