    Wow wow wow! I have stayed at a lot of hotels around the world but I have never experienced a level of service that I encountered at Il Sereno. The staff were amazing, always full of smiles and care. A special mention to Andrea who took care of us extremely well. The room was clean, scented and always kept fresh. 5 stars is not enough for this property. Amazing job to the whole team.

    We arrived with the airport transfer service and the driver was very patient and friendly. The hotel staff was also kind and provided top notch service. Even when the weather wasn’t up to par (due to rainfall) we still had a wonderful time. I would strongly recommend this hotel for any type of occasion! Make sure to check out the restaurant downstairs for dinner or visit the spa! Oh, and the view was breathtaking too!
