    Booking was made for twin beds but hotel (person who said his name is Kelvin) gave a double bed and simply said twin bed was just a request which is at the sole discretion of hotel. If twin bed cannot bed given, hotel should have informed me earlier and I would have cancelled the booking if no twin bed.

    Hotel is very new and clean though basic with tiny rooms (there's hardly space for your cabin luggage to stay open). The location is good, with less than 10min walk from the Lai Chi Kok MTR station which is ideal for me as I was visiting a local friend who lives there. Just that, housekeeping is sub-par: (1) the shower drain was not cleared so a puddle of more than an inch would form when the shower is going and; (2) housekeeping would not even wash or change the mugs that have been clearly used. Otherwise the hotel is decent value for money.

    A/C can't be adjusted for some reason. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable! I stayed here before but this time was the worst. Not recommended at all.
