    The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay pleasant. However, there are a few things guests should know before booking. The reception is not open 24 hours, so if you're arriving after 7:30 PM, make sure to contact the hotel in advance. Otherwise, check-in can be difficult. Also, don't assume every room has air conditioning. The listing mentions central AC, but that does not mean each room has an individual AC unit. We visited during a very hot period, and our first room had no AC, making the first two nights uncomfortable. To the hotel's credit, the staff were very helpful and moved us to a room with individual AC free of charge, which we really appreciated and thanks them again. The hotel is about a 15–20 minute walk from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. While the distance is manageable, the route can feel a bit isolated if you're arriving early in the morning or late at night. There are also no shops nearby, except for a small convenience store next to the petrol station opposite the hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff are helpful, but it's important to confirm that your room has individual AC if you're visiting in summer and to coordinate your arrival if you're checking in after reception hours.

    If you're paying more than $***, you're overpaying. This is a bare bones, no frills budget hotel. We paid $*** per night due to the weekend being a busy one with festivals going on and whatnot, and felt ripped off. The shabbiest hotel I ever stayed in for that kind of money.

    The hotel reception was hidden in building beside the one shown in the photos, We initially went to the one in the photo but ended up clarified that it was the wrong building. Based on our stay, we were assigned the closest room on the ground floor to the entrance. However, when we went in, it looks clean but the room layout was not what we expected with the fan not even blowing the fan especially in the summer heat. We had to pull the bed out closer to the fan area in order to get some ventilation. In terms of room sanitation, we put the clean the room sign but all they did was throw the rubbish bin but did not sweep or vacuum the floor. We are fine if the towels can’t be changed automatically through our short stay but at least if possible to sweep the room floors. The body wash soap was also not refilled before our check in.
