Very good location with easy access to trains and buses! The mobility guest card provided was very helpful. The room was spacious and staff were very friendly and made a lot of effort! A walking route/instructions are sent prior arrival for the easiest way to arrive which helped, as Google maps shows a longer route. Ear plugs provided if needed

The property is well located, close to a bus stop and a short ride to the main tourist areas. The balcony area and view was very nice.
We booked a 3 Bedroom Apartment but what we actually got was two smaller apartments, with rooms across the two apartments. There was no shared door, so access to the other apartment was only by the public stairwell. We did not get what we paid for, and I worry that parents may book this and end up with children in the other apartment. Our apartment had cheap hand soap in the bathroom and a loose faucet in the kitchen.
