Location good, convenient for train station and centre. (20 mins walk to Mirabel Palace).
Friendly staff at the desk makes a huge positive difference for travellers. Coffee machine makes an excellent cappuccino. First time we had used a shared bathroom facility but staff monitor closely for use and cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality too.

The property is close to the bus stop, a few minutes walk to a grocery store and a bank. The apartment itself was great. The staff asked in advance how we like the beds arranged since we were a party of 6 so we enjoyed the control over that. The AC worked great as well and kept the rooms cool throughout our stay. It is also away from the main tourist area so it is quiet at night when you open the window.
The shower was small and some people in our group was having a hard time trying not to get the outside of the shower to be flooded.

The property is well located, close to a bus stop and a short ride to the main tourist areas.
The balcony area and view was very nice.
We booked a 3 Bedroom Apartment but what we actually got was two smaller apartments, with rooms across the two apartments. There was no shared door, so access to the other apartment was only by the public stairwell.
We did not get what we paid for, and I worry that parents may book this and end up with children in the other apartment.
Our apartment had cheap hand soap in the bathroom and a loose faucet in the kitchen.
