Location is very good but you have to pay for the Air conditional , it's not allowed to use the elevator , it's not allowed to take room keys with you and you have to let it in the recption . There is a tourist tax you have to pay but they don't tell you until you are checking out , Over all the location is the best thing

As I was new to European accommodation prices and booking apps, this was the first place I booked. In hindsight, I should have planned earlier and chosen more wisely—especially given the poor reviews, which I now understand. This was also the most expensive stay of my entire trip. Similar to the other reviews (which unfortunately I only read when typing this), the place is old, cramped, and my room was on the third floor with a lift that the desk was stingy with using, so I had to haul my heavy luggage up. I arrived early and rang the bell at reception, but got no response, so I knocked on the office door. The staff member told me I should have just used the bell. In addition, there is also extra charge for the remote to operate the A/C. Only after checking out did I realise breakfast was included, though this was never mentioned at check-in. Only saving grace was that this is near the train station and there is a cracking bakery downstairs. *note*I subsequently trialed BnBs and apartments and never looked back for the rest of my trip. Old hotels like this one are dinosaurs and has-beens. Use your booking apps smartly and check reviews carefully before reserving.

EVERYONE, NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! 1. Super rude stuff (An old man, maybe owner) When I checked in, I said “Hi” first but he didn’t answer. I actually didn’t care that he didn’t answer but he was just standing at the front and staring at me for about 10 seconds without saying anything. After that, he yelled, “Good morning?, Hello?, do you speak English?, Show me the confirmation of the booking!” Then I showed him my booking confirmation on my phone and he said, “Why did you not print it out!?” I couldn’t understand why he didn’t say anything and just standing when I arrived at the front. Also why did I have to print it out? If so, I think they should have mentioned it before checking in. Anyway, I sent the booking confirmation to a hotel’s email and finally he mumbled “It’s terrible” in English. I can’t believe his attitude. 2. Air conditioning is €10 for 1 night 3. Everything is dirty (They didn’t change towels and clean everything) 4. We must leave the key every time we went out 5. Only cash for City Tax (It was €5 for 1 person per night) 6. We can’t use the elevator by ourselves (We had to ask him to use it every single time, so we didn’t use it) 7. He took and kept holding our passports for 1 night for the key (I don’t know why) There are a lot of other things that I want to complain. Anyway, please don’t stay at this rude hotel. Pay more and stay at other better hotels:)
