    The parking not free and after u pay for the parkin and you want to so the cheek-out they also ask for pay for something called parking service its about 20% of the parking cost.

    The hotel was very clean and loved the decorations of the room. My only complain is I booked a room with two beds and I was given a room with only one bed. The hotel staff was friendly: however. I was told that because I booked with third party that the reservation only showed one bed. There is also a $20 fee for facilities use. I knew about a fee but the hotel staff did not mention anything about it except the $200 security deposit. I got my deposit back but was deducted $20 for facility use. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel.

    The pool was not heated. We were hit with a $20 resort fee that was not listed on the booking site — which included the breakfast and the pool, both which we thought were included with the booking price. The parking was also not included, something we thought was, and that was another $30 a day. So the $200 deposit we had to put down, only $160 was given back, and we were told that was going to happen upon checking in. The thermostat never changed, so we were boiling the entire time. It was raining half the time, so even if we wanted to use the pool, we would not have been able to. Half of the staff was really nice, the other half was not. We were assigned a parking spot, but someone who worked there kept taking it from us, so we kept having to park somewhere else which made us uncomfortable. It was hard to create a relationship with any of the staff members as they changed, seemingly by the hour. We did really take to one named Catherine though! The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot, both things that we really liked. However, we will not be returning.
