    I stayed over a weekend and loved the breakfast buffet - included with your stay and they had an omelette station! My room was comfortable but had some maintenance issues - light out in the bathroom, bedside outlet not functioning, fridge not working properly. I reported all of them to the staff so it could be resolved for the next person. I felt very safe staying here, location was great, and my favorite amenity was the water dispenser on every floor (and ice) to refill your water bottle!

    I just needed to stay a night nearby to the golden gate park for engagement photos, and I came across this hotel. From entry, I was wowed! Almost like entering a museum. I chose this hotel for the pool and the breakfast and I wasn't disappointed at all! BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST I've had so far and I've had a few. Breakfast also came with a wonderful view! My only complaint, at breakfast both of my glasses had a lipstick stain and a lip stain like the rim wasn't cleaned well. It almost turned me off from the beautiful spread of food and fabulous view. Please double check your juice and water glasses before taking a sip.

    Old and not maintained hotel. I got the king size bed room and unfortunately it wasn’t up to par. Everything was just old and needed some maintenance. There was coffee stains on the bedside table. The doorknobs were rusty. The TV remote control and hair dryer was super sticky, like it has never been cleaned or sanitized before. I didn’t even want to step in the shower. I thought it would be a good hotel because of the reviews but use your money to a much better hotel. I must say though, I like how they had a luggage storage. Staff were nice.
